RETURNS
Remaining eco-conscious is vital to our brand, therefore we encourage customers to shop consciously.
If for any reason your garment does not work out, we do allow for returns or exchanges up to 7 days after you receive your order for customers in the United States ONLY. For customers out of the United States, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
The conditions for the return/exchange are as follows:
- Return garment in its original condition and packaging—all tags attached, muslin bag, thank you card
- Untampered Musafir tag and string
- Completely unworn and odorless
- No damages, including alterations or stain marks
Please follow the conditions for returns/exchanges. You can then send the garment back to the address provided. We highly recommend that you use a trackable method to send your product back.
The customer will be responsible for all of the return costs.
After receiving your return, we will inspect the product and decide whether or not the garment falls in line with our conditions for a return. Musafir has the right to deny your request. If the conditions are not met, the item will be returned to the address on the initial order.
Any unauthorized returns will be denied and sent back to the customer at the expense of the customer. If you fail to comply with customs and the product is sent back, you will be liable for return and re-delivery.
All orders placed go through a quality control check before being shipped out. If you receive your product and it is not in the condition that it was sent out, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your product. If damage is presented after the 24-hour period, Musafir will not be liable for any damages.
Pop-Ups and Sample Sales
All orders purchased at our pop-ups or the end of season sample sales are final sales.
