After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking.

Who is responsible for paying taxes and duties?
Please be aware that Musafir cannot assume responsibility for any delays resulting from customs clearance, as this falls outside of our control. It's important to note that orders do not include potential taxes and duties that customs authorities may impose upon the delivery to your country. Import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you fail to adhere to customs regulations, leading to the return of your parcel to Musafir, you will be responsible for the additional fees incurred for return and redelivery. To obtain more information regarding the duties and taxes that may apply to your parcel before its delivery, we strongly recommend consulting your local customs website or reaching out to them directly before placing your order.

Refunds/Exchanges
What is Musafir's refund policy?
If for any reason your garment does not work out, we do allow for returns or exchanges up to 7 days after you receive your order for customers in the United States only. For customers out of the United States, all sales are final.
What is Musafir's return process?
If for any reason your garment does not work out, we do allow for returns or exchanges up to 7 days after you receive your order for customers in the United States only. For customers out of the United States, all sales are final.
The conditions for the return/exchange are as follows:
- Return garment in its original condition and packaging—all tags attached, muslin bag, thank you card
- Untampered Musafir tag and string
- Completely unworn and odorless
- No damages, including alterations or stain marks
Please follow the conditions for returns/exchanges. You can then send the garment back to the address provided. We highly recommend that you use a trackable method to send your product back. The customer will be responsible for all of the return costs.

Our products range from sizes XXS-5XL. Please check the size chart for any questions regarding sizing.
What can I do if the item I want is sold out?
If an item you want is out of stock, we invite you to join the waitlist. You may also check the end of season sample sale for the potential availability of the product.

We continue to source fabric in limited quantities, using what we need for each collection. Any unused material is preserved and may be reimagined in future seasons, honoring our commitment to mindful production. This ensures that your journey is marked by authenticity and responsibility.
