At Musafir, we hold the belief that the value you receive aligns with what you invest. As a result, all orders include free shipping as a complimentary service.

Since our garments are made to order, we require a 2.5-week delivery. All of our products are proudly made and shipped from India. Please note that customs may delay your order.

In the first week, your garment is cut, sewn, dry-cleaned, and packaged to perfection to be sent to you. We do this to ensure we follow our ethics when it comes to being eco-conscious, where garments are only created as an order is placed to ensure that no fabric or product is wasted.

The second week, your package is shipped to you, and it can take anywhere from 5-7 business days for you to receive it.

Orders within the USA, UK, and UAE will follow this shipping period, whereas orders within India may be received earlier.

TAXES & DUTIES

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT MUSAFIR CANNOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DELAYS RESULTING FROM CUSTOMS CLEARANCE, AS THIS FALLS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT ORDERS DO NOT INCLUDE POTENTIAL TAXES AND DUTIES THAT CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES MAY IMPOSE UPON THE DELIVERY TO YOUR COUNTRY.
